Tulsa is the widest range of work we do, because Tulsa is several housing markets stacked on top of each other. Midtown and the older neighbourhoods around Brookside and Maple Ridge are full of houses with excellent bones and interiors that were last touched decades ago. Those are the whole home renovations: plaster walls, cabinets that are not square, and a floor plan built for how people lived in 1955. The framing is usually better than anything built since.

South Tulsa is the opposite job, much of it newer construction where nothing is broken and everything is dated, and where an afternoon of decisions about counters and flooring changes the whole house. Then there is the commercial side, which is a real part of what we do: break rooms, reception desks, restaurant and bar tops. Whichever end of the city it is, it is a short run from Bixby and we are there constantly.
