Sand Springs.

Sand Springs is west of Tulsa with an older housing stock than most of the metro, which makes it one of the more interesting places we work. Kitchens in the town's established neighbourhoods were laid out when the room was meant to be closed off from the rest of the house, so a remodel here frequently starts with a wall coming out and an island going in for the first time.

That is the situation where the order of operations matters most. Moving a wall changes the electrical, usually the ceiling, and almost always the flooring in more rooms than you expected, so it is worth knowing the full scope before anything gets demolished. Out toward Keystone the houses get more varied still, from lake properties to acreage, and we work out there too.
