Broken Arrow sends us more kitchen work than anywhere else in the metro, and the reason is simple arithmetic. The city grew hard through the nineties and two thousands, and an enormous number of those houses were finished with builder grade counters and fixtures on cabinets built to last far longer. Twenty five years on the cabinets are fine and everything on top of them is done.

That makes for a satisfying project, because the money goes almost entirely into what you can see. The boxes are square and modern, so the template is clean and the install is quick. It is also the market where a full height slab backsplash pays off most: it lifts a standard builder kitchen out of its era completely, for less than the cabinet replacement people usually assume they need. The primary baths in those same houses are the second call, and usually within the year.
