Sapulpa.

Sapulpa has some of the best older housing in this part of Oklahoma, a Creek County town with real history and a main street that still looks like one. Houses of that vintage are a different job from a suburban refresh. Ceilings, window placement and room sizes were all decided long before anybody was thinking about an open plan or a forty two inch island, and good work here means working with what is there rather than fighting it.

Honed finishes and simpler edge profiles tend to sit better in those rooms than a high polish and an ornate detail. That is a taste conversation rather than a technical one, and it is far easier to have standing in front of the actual slabs than over the phone. Sapulpa is an easy run from Bixby and worth the trip in to the showroom.
