Coweta sits east of us in Wagoner County and brings a kind of project the inner metro does not: houses on acreage, built to the owner's own plan rather than a developer's, often with room to add on without arguing with a setback. Those customers tend to arrive already knowing roughly what they want and wanting to talk about how it gets built.

It is also where additions, guest houses and outdoor work come up most. When there is land around the house, a detached suite or a covered outdoor kitchen stops being an afterthought and becomes a real part of the project. Coweta is comfortably inside our range and we run out there regularly.
