Owasso.

Owasso is the long run for our trucks, up on the far north side of the metro, and we make it regularly enough that it sits firmly inside the service area. The town has grown fast for two decades and, like Broken Arrow, it has a very large stock of houses in the fifteen to twenty five year band where the interior is due but the house itself is not.

Because it is a drive, we plan Owasso projects to keep visits down and keep the crew on site once they are there. That is a scheduling question rather than a pricing one, and it is worth saying plainly: customers further out sometimes assume distance means a premium or a longer wait. It does not. It means we sequence the job properly instead of trickling people out there three days a week.
